Here is a list of the most common questions we get regarding shed Relocation. If you don't find the answer here then drop us an email and we will get back to you soon!
Your Shed MUST be empty. For our safety, the integrity of your shed, property and our equipment it is necessary to have your shed empty. Objects inside the shed will shift during the move resulting in damage to your shed or could result in the shed rolling over causing the truck/trailer to roll over. Also added weight in the building will make loading more difficult and increase the chances for damage from winching. The shifting of weight when the trailer is tilted to off-load can cause siding to be busted out or change the center of gravity of the shed and roll off of the trailer. If you need your items moved, we can arrange a second trip with a cargo trailer to deliver your items, however, you must load and unload both the shed and the cargo trailer. The driver is not responsible for items damaged in transit if they are not properly secured.
Most Pre-manufactured sheds and garages have 2 to 7 pressure treated 4x4 runners that are used for blocking and strapping for delivery. This is important because the tracks on the bed of a shed delivery trailer are 6 feet apart, therefore the runners that ride in the trailer must not be further apart than 6 feet (72 inches) outside to outside of the 4x4. We have moved many buildings that did not have runners or were not properly spaced. We can add runners if necessary but it must be figured into the cost of the move and the driver needs to know ahead of time in order to bring the runners with him.
If you want your building set up on a block foundation and leveled when moved we can absolutley do that for you. Most people get us to reblock for them because they do not have the equipment to do so. Some of our customers have the time and the tools to do it and would prefer that we just set it where they want it and leave so they can save a little money on the cost of moving. We will do as much or as little as you want, it is after all your shed and your property.
Currently we only accept cash or check, and full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

Buildings up to 14 feet wide and 30 feet long can be moved with minimal premove planning. These moves are done on a truck and shed trailer combination. We have the means of moving buildings 16 feet wide but proper permits must be obtained ahead of time. Buildings up to 14 feet wide and 52 feet long can be moved by tractor trailer and require a lot of planning.
